Chapter 7 Voluntary Petition for Bankruptcy

Complete Official Form 101 (Voluntary Petition) along with all required schedules: Schedule A/B (property), Schedule C (exempt property), Schedule D (secured creditors), Schedule E/F (unsecured creditors), Schedule I (income), Schedule J (expenses), and the Statement of Financial Affairs. You must complete a credit counseling course from an approved agency within 180 days before filing. Filing fee is $338. You must pass the means test (Form 122A) or demonstrate special circumstances to qualify for Chapter 7.
