Creditor Matrix / Mailing List

List every creditor to whom you owe money, including their complete name and mailing address. Include secured creditors (mortgage companies, auto lenders), unsecured creditors (credit cards, medical bills, personal loans), and priority creditors (IRS, state tax agencies, ex-spouse for support). Use the format required by your local bankruptcy court (typically one creditor per line, specific character limits). This list determines who receives notice of your bankruptcy filing.
