Employment Agreement (At-Will)

Identify the employer and employee. State the position, start date, and at-will status. Define compensation (salary or hourly rate), pay frequency, and bonus eligibility. Address benefits, paid time off, and expense reimbursement. Include confidentiality, intellectual property assignment, and non-solicitation provisions. Both parties sign. Montana is the only state that does not follow at-will employment.
