Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

File jointly with your U.S. citizen or LPR spouse during the 90-day window before your conditional residence expires. Provide evidence that your marriage was entered into in good faith: joint bank accounts, lease or mortgage, utility bills, insurance policies, photos, birth certificates of children, and affidavits from people who know you as a couple. Filing fee is $750. If divorced or subject to abuse, you may file a waiver of the joint filing requirement.
