Personal Information: Complete biographical data, immigration history, and all prior addresses

Supporting Documents: Birth certificate, passport, I-94, immigration petition receipt, affidavit of support (I-864)

Medical Exam: Complete Form I-693 with a USCIS-designated civil surgeon

Photos: Two passport-style photographs

Filing Fee: $1,440 (includes biometrics fee)

Biometrics: Attend your biometrics appointment for fingerprints and photos

Interview: Prepare for your adjustment interview at a local USCIS office
