Instructions

Grantor: Full legal name of the person transferring the property

Grantee: Full legal name of the person receiving the property

Consideration: Enter the amount paid (even if nominal, e.g., $10)

Legal Description: Use the exact legal description from the current deed or title report

Notarization: The grantor must sign before a notary public

Recording: File the deed with the county recorder's office where the property is located

Recording Fees: Typically $10-$50 per page plus transfer tax if applicable
