Instructions
Submit a written request to the school's registrar or records office. Identify the specific records you wish to inspect. The school must provide access within 45 days. You have the right to request amendment of records you believe are inaccurate or misleading. If the school refuses to amend, you may request a formal hearing. You may also place a statement in the record contesting the information.
