Instructions
Report each listed toxic chemical separately using EPA Form R. Provide facility identification, chemical identity, maximum amounts on-site, releases to each environmental medium (air, water, land, underground injection), off-site transfers for disposal or recycling, and source reduction activities. Reports are due July 1 for the preceding calendar year. Data is publicly available through EPA's TRI Explorer. Covered facilities include those with 10 or more full-time employees in specified industry sectors.
