  • Goods/Services: Describe the specific goods or services associated with the mark
  • Class: Identify the international class(es) for your goods/services
  • Specimen: Submit proof of how the mark is used in commerce (label, website screenshot, packaging)
  • Filing Fee: $250-$350 per class (TEAS Plus or TEAS Standard)

    • Timeline: Examination takes 8-12 months; registration takes 12-18 months total
