Restrictions on the use of telephone equipment for telemarketing purposes. No person or entity may make any call using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice to any telephone number assigned to a cellular telephone service without prior express consent of the called party.

Telemarketers calling residential telephone subscribers must maintain a company-specific do-not-call list and honor requests to not be called again. The National Do Not Call Registry must also be respected.
